How it work
Our Service
Working with Consult, you will be able to choose from three packages depending on the level of input you require. Our experience developing and promoting community consultation enables you to focus on the planning of the proposal and then the delivery.
We utilise a range of enhanced digital consultation methods, including website coverage, targeted social media campaigns on Meta services, and press releases. We aim to bring convenience to you and the community you seek to engage with. Digital consultation methods allow local communities to review information at their fingertips, 24 hours a day, seven days a week
The Government is promoting and encouraging the use of digital technology and resources throughout the planning process. Recognising that digitisation will help deal with key issues in the planning system, including under-engagement. The Consult platform enables you to provide copy, images, and information relating to a scheme to minimise outlay while maximising opportunity. Should you require a more detailed input, we can assist through our ‘Gold’ package.
We are experienced in delivering community consultation, providing services for housebuilders, developers, public sector organisations, and landowners.

Our aim is to make your community consultation as effortless as possible. Therefore, we have three packages available to you which will includes options for a standalone website and feedback form, through to full consultation services. Gold enables services to be chosen as appropriate.

Payment Methods
Upon agreement of the package required, we will discuss your requirements and invoice for Bronze and Silver services, and start work on your project following payment.
The standard consultation period for pre-submission community consultation is 14-days and the Bronze and Silver packages are priced accordingly. Should you require a longer consultation period, please set this out in the contact form below.

Step One
Contact Consult regarding your project, the package you would like to order and any information regarding the proposal. For example, please include your timeline for consultation and invoicing information.

Step Two
Consult will be in touch to set out the next steps to delivering your community
consultation. Prior to consultation launch we will share the draft information for
sign off.

Step Three
The community consultation will launch and we will share the feedback data
(including page analytics) at the close of the consultation period.
